Message	seem to be more going on than just air in the lines as a problem. Usually air in the lines doesn't show up as a problem until after the car is warmed up and the fluid heats up. When that happens the pedal gets soft and then engagement issues arise. I would check that your clutch pedal is adjusted properly to start with. Might follow Specialty Z's clutch adjustment procedure and start from there as a base line. Also would check to see if your clutch booster or attached hoses are not leaking air.
